Orient International Relocations DOES NOT issue or underwrite insurance policies.
If you need transit or storage insurance for your shipment in addition to our basic coverage, we will connect you to a reputable insurance provider and supply the shipment documentation they require. All insurance policies, queries, and claims are handled directly by the insurer.
What Orient can do for you

Introduce you to trusted insurance partners.

Provide shipment documentation that the insurer will ask for, eg, inventory, airway bill / BL (Bill of lading).

Help package and forward your insurer’s documentation, but do not handle policy questions, claims or settlements.
What Orient does NOT do

We DO NOT issue insurance policies or act as the insurer.

We DO NOT handle claims or negotiate settlements on your behalf — those communications are with the insurer directly.

We do not provide bonded-storage services.
